Services & Coaching Offers

Five distinct offers, engaged singly or in combination. Each is designed to install a specific piece of operating discipline the owner has been carrying alone.

01 Owner Coaching

Owner-Operator Coaching

A standing weekly conversation between the owner and a senior coach who has run a business. The agenda is set by what is actually keeping you up. Some weeks that is a hiring decision, some weeks it is a family conversation, some weeks it is a P&L staring back at you.

  • Weekly 60- to 90-minute private session, in person or by video
  • Between-session access for a genuine emergency
  • Owner scorecard and rolling 90-day priorities
  • Delegation, hiring, and time-use work
  • Exit, succession, and shareholder conversations when the season calls for it
02 Cadence

Operating Cadence Install

The weekly, monthly, and quarterly meeting rhythm that most owner-led firms lack. Not another set of frameworks, but a working system on the calendar with clear owners, clean agendas, and scorecards that make performance conversations feel routine instead of hostile.

  • Weekly leadership sync, agenda and facilitation
  • Monthly business review with a shared scorecard
  • Quarterly planning off-site (half or full day)
  • Annual planning off-site once the rhythm is running
  • Weekly 1:1 template between the owner and each direct report
03 Team Coaching

Leadership Team Performance

Group coaching for the leadership team. The room where peers learn to say difficult things to each other, and to the owner, without it going sideways. We work on how the team makes decisions and how it holds each other to them.

  • Monthly leadership team coaching session
  • Peer feedback and conflict skill building
  • Decision-rights work: who decides, who consults, who is informed
  • Team norms and meeting discipline
  • Trust and repair work when the team has taken damage
04 Function Clarity

Function-Level Clarity

Sales, operations, finance, delivery, and people functions each need one accountable seat, a clear number, and a rhythm of their own. We work through the org function by function until every seat has a person, a number, and a definition of good.

  • Accountability chart, seat by seat
  • Function-level KPIs and reporting cadence
  • Role scorecards for the leadership team
  • Handoff mapping between functions
  • Hire, coach, or replace conversations where seats are unclear
05 Family Business

Family Business Transition Coaching

Coaching for family-owned firms in the middle of a generational handover, an ownership reshuffle, or a next generation stepping into leadership. Three separate rooms: the business room, the ownership room, and the family room. Kept separate on purpose.

  • Owner and next-generation 1:1 coaching
  • Family meetings, facilitated when useful
  • Governance basics: family council, shareholder charter, board of advisors
  • Succession planning and role transition
  • Buyout, gifting, and estate-linked conversations, coordinated with your attorney and CPA
The 90-Day Engagement

What the First Ninety Days Look Like

Almost every Summit engagement starts with the same shape. Diagnose, design, install. The graduation point is a cadence that runs on the calendar without us in the room.

Weeks 1 to 2

Diagnose

Owner conversations, one-on-ones with each direct report, a read of the numbers, and a walk through the current meeting rhythm. We surface what is actually holding the company back rather than what everyone has been told is the problem.

Weeks 3 to 4

Design

We sit with the owner and shape the coaching rhythm, meeting cadence, scorecards, and accountability chart the install will use. A single working document, agreed before we begin.

Weeks 5 to 10

Install (First Half)

Weekly owner coaching begins. The weekly leadership sync goes live. The monthly business review is run once with our facilitation and once with the owner running it. Scorecards begin to fill.

Weeks 11 to 13

Install (Second Half)

The quarterly planning off-site is held. The accountability chart is finalized. Handoffs between functions are mapped. The owner runs a leadership team session with us in the room but silent.

Day 90

Graduation Review

An honest look at what has held, what has slipped, and what still needs work. From here most clients move into a monthly sustain retainer. Some graduate outright, which is a good outcome.

Delivery

What Delivery Actually Looks Like

Every engagement is run by the senior coach you meet on the introductory call. There is no associate team behind us. Sessions are on your calendar, in person by default at your office or ours in Franklin, and by video when travel makes no sense.

Every engagement ends with the cadence running in HeyRamp, our preferred partner platform for ongoing 1:1s and performance reviews. That is where the weekly check-ins, the scorecards, and the performance conversations live once we step out of the day-to-day. You do not need a login to work with us, but almost every client keeps the cadence there afterward because the alternative is a shared drive full of Google Docs no one opens.

Notes and materials from every session are shared in your team's own workspace. We do not keep client artifacts on our servers longer than the engagement runs, and we do not publish anything from your business without your written say-so.
