Once you send the form, we'll email you inside one business day with two or three time options. The call itself runs 30 minutes on video. There is no deck, no slide, no intake form to fill in beforehand.
We will ask what the business does, what's actually stuck, and what would need to be true for the next 12 months to feel like a real step forward. We'll tell you whether the coaching we do maps to that or not, in plain language.
If it maps, we send a written proposal within a few days. If it doesn't, we say so on the call and, where we can, we point you to a peer, a book, or a smaller step that will move you further than we would.
