Rose Hudspeth is our COO & Director of Coaching. Rose comes to this position with an extensive background and long history of sales accomplishments across industries. She has a contagious energy and passion for our agents and their businesses. Through Coaching, she focuses on helping agents build businesses through confidence, integrity, and excellence.

 

Samantha Byers-

Founder, Owner, Team Lead

Samantha founded Summit Business Coaching in 2019. Samantha has an extensive history in business coaching and consulting. In addition, she also owns and operates a real estate team as well.

Within the first two years of SBC, her program was recognized as one of the top five coaching programs within Keller Williams in the country where it has remained. Samantha, and her coaching clients closed over $70,000,000 in Real Estate Transactions in 2021.

 

Josh Webb-

Momentum Coach

A Nashville-native, Josh Webb is a husband, father and Christ-follower that is excited to bring his passion for helping others to the coaching profession. He is well versed in aiding his clients to the fullest extent possible, with the end result helping others achieve their goals. When Josh is not working, he is spending time with friends and family, listening to music or doing anything outdoors.

 

Rollie T. Beard-

Lewisburg Coach

Rollie has had his real estate license for 15 years. He is extremely passionate about coaching others and being the Principal Broker of his office. “Coaching is like a leader who influences other people to achieve their goals.”

 

Brittany Webb-

Transaction Coordinator

As owner of and transaction coordinator for Native 615 Transactions, Brittany takes pride in offering exceptional service. She has been providing contract to close services for agents across TN for the last 4 years. She has an eye for detail and loves a good checklist. Creating a smooth and seamless journey to closing is her goal for every client every time. Her calm demeanor, attention to detail, and strong communication skills make her a great fit for this role on your team!

Administrative & Marketing Assistant

Eden is a communication arts graduate from Southern Luzon State University in the Philippines. This knowledge, coupled with her experience in advertising, social media management, and administrative tasks, her interest in real estate, and continued education, has provided her with valuable skills that she uses daily. She enjoys helping others in any way that she can, creating exciting and inspiring relationships around her, and always striving to demonstrate the highest level of integrity in everything that she does.
